This course encompasses proper weighting, weight distribution, trim, streamlining techniques, and advanced finning methods.

- Small student-to-instructor ratio – Northern Underwater Explorers ensures a maximum of 3 students per instructor for optimal learning experiences
- All necessary scuba equipment (including regulator, BCD, tanks, and weights)
On-Demand Course: This program is offered on an individual basis. To schedule your training, simply register online and specify “I would like to schedule my own class start date.” Weekend and weekday options are available. After receiving your registration, Northern Underwater Explorers will reach out to confirm your training request and officially schedule your course.

Course Prerequisites
- Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or an equivalent qualification)
- Minimum age of 12 years
- Recent diving experience within the last 12 months. If you haven’t completed a dive in that time, please reach out to us before registering.
