Course overview
The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is the perfect opportunity for new divers to enhance their experience under the guidance of a professional PADI Instructor.
While a typical PADI Advanced Open Water program focuses on gaining experience in various aspects of diving—such as Deep, Night, and Navigation dives—many dive centers and instructors often take a "hands-off" approach during these dives. This results in minimal instruction and development of skills.
THE NORTHERN UNDERWATER EXPLORERS ADVANTAGE...
At Northern Underwater Explorers, we have customized our Advanced program to include hands-on instruction in essential diving techniques. This ensures that students not only gain experience but also actively refine their abilities, boosting their confidence and making diving more enjoyable now and in the future. Throughout the course, participants will engage in real-world dives covering Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search and Recovery, Deep Diving, Navigation, and Night Diving, enhancing their skills and broadening their diving knowledge.
Pool Dive Included – Our Advanced Open Water program features an evening pool dive where you can practice your skills, work with your drysuit, and focus on buoyancy control.
PREREQUISITES
- Open Water Diver/Junior Open Water Diver (or an equivalent certification)
