Mastering buoyancy control is one of the essential skills every diver should develop. However, it can be one of the most challenging aspects of diving. Northern Underwater Explorers has tailored the Peak Performance Buoyancy program to help elevate your diving experience. This course encompasses proper weighting, weight distribution, trim, streamlining techniques, and advanced finning methods.
Enhancing your buoyancy skills will enable you to pursue advanced training and explore more exciting dive sites, including wall dives, wreck dives, deep dives, drift dives, and more.

PREREQUISITES
- Open Water Diver or Junior Open Water Diver certification (or an equivalent qualification)
- Minimum age of 12 years
- Recent diving experience within the last 12 months. If you haven’t completed a dive in that time, please reach out to us before registering.
MEDICAL STATEMENT
All students must complete a Medical Statement prior to any in-water activities. If you answer “yes” to any of the medical questions, please consult with Northern Underwater Explorers, as you may need to see a physician before starting the course.

Course Price: $449.99 + GST
On-Demand Course: This program is offered on an individual basis. To schedule your training, simply register online and specify "I would like to schedule my own class start date." Weekend and weekday options are available. After receiving your registration, Northern Underwater Explorers will reach out to confirm your training request and officially schedule your course.
BASIC SWIMMING ABILITY AND COMFORT IN WATER REQUIRED
Students must complete a 200 m free swim or a 300 m swim with mask, snorkel, and fins, plus a 10-
minute float as part of the course requirements. If you’re uncertain about meeting this requirement,
please contact us for assistance.
